At Swan & Edgar London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your timepiece, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to London

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our London headquarters for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
